Prior to joining Vovici, Freeman served as Vice President of North American Sales of Endeca Technologies, a leading enterprise information access software company. While in this role, he managed a team of over 100 sales, pre-sales and inside sales representatives. Under his guidance the company maintained its leadership in the eCommerce Search market while experiencing transformational growth in mission critical Information Access applications within the Global 5000. By implementing vertical solution sales methodologies and enabling focused investment in 3rd party partnerships, Freeman was able to increase sales rep productivity by forty percent and dramatically increase the number of strategic customers with multiple implementations of information based applications across a variety of verticals and business units. Before working with Endeca, Freeman gained experience with Channel Development, Mid Market and Strategic Sales in the Business Intelligence market at such companies as Holistic Systems, Cognos and Business Objects, culminating in his tenure as Vice President of North America General Business Sales for Business Objects.
