As director of marketing, Clark is responsible for refining Westbrook's corporate branding and positioning, for expanding market and product strategy, and for driving global marketing initiatives through direct and indirect channels. Among the areas reporting to Clark are Product Marketing, Partner Relations and Corporate Communications.

Clark joins Westbrook Technologies from TranSwitch Corporation, a developer of semiconductors for the telecom industry, where she was director of marketing communications. Prior to TranSwitch, Clark was vice president of corporate marketing for ProAct Technologies, an HR and benefits management software provider, and was senior director of integrated marketing at Hyperion Solutions, a business performance management software provider.
