Dailymotion, the world's largest independent video sharing site, and Sí TV, America's first and only television network to target the millions of 18-34-year old Latinos who prefer their entertainment in English, today announced the launch of a new promotion that will bring selected user-generated content from Dailymotion directly to Sí TV's innovative "Flow and Tell" television series.
As the exclusive upload partner for "Flow and Tell," Dailymotion will give people limitless opportunity to say whatever's on their minds at http://flowandtell.dailymotion.com Sí TV producers will then select the best Dailymotion uploads for inclusion in televised episodes of "Flow and Tell," which provides a forum for everyday people to talk about a variety of subjects that are near and dear to them.
The inaugural topic will be "Growing up Latino." Subjects will change every two weeks, and some future themes will include dating, political affairs, sex, Latino music, tattoos, fashion and cars.
The new promotion closely follows the October announcement of a content partnership bringing Sí TV's popular comedy, music, lifestyle and talk programming to Dailymotion. The agreement includes a variety of Sí TV's archived, current and upcoming television programs, including Dating Factory, starring Mario Lopez and former model Carmen Palumbo; The Drop, featuring live musical performances along with exclusive celebrity interviews; comedy programs such as Unacceptable Behavior and the Latino Laugh Festival: The Show; and talk shows The Rub and On the Up.
"We are delighted to provide a way for Dailymotion's users to participate directly in the vibrant property that is "Flow and Tell," said Joy Marcus, general manager of Dailymotion. "We believe that this expanded relationship will greatly benefit Sí TV, Dailymotion and our creative community."
"Sí TV is committed to providing the audience we serve with a media destination that not only entertains but also gives voice to this young and amazingly dynamic community both online and on-air," added Lisa Black, senior vice president, digital media for Sí TV. "With the ability to interact with both our television audience and Dailymotion's creative online community on an entirely new level, this partnership is sure to further that goal."
