The Latest Rage: Flipping Internet Sites for a Fast and Hefty Profit
Publish Date : 12/13/2007 8:15:00 AM   Source : Advertising and Business News Onlypunjab.com

A new series of video tutorials by internet guru J. Swenson is promising to revolutionize the internet marketing world. In his videos, all six of them, he's showing the viewer a step by step approach on how to acquire, boost the rank and sell websites for a nice profit.

"A lot of people in the online marketing communities that I frequent over the years have asked me the same question over and over: how did I manage to become wealthy harvesting the power of the Internet. Instead of answering each one individually I thought of creating an e-book with instructions and distribute it. But then I came up with a better idea: create a series of video tutorials!"

The idea was to actually record himself going about the typical steps necessary to flip a website. He did and posted the videos on his personal site at www.flippingwebsites.net.

Once word got out that one of the world's most successful online entrepreneurs is "giving away" his secrets, people jumped at the opportunity.

Jane Higgins 23 from Miami, FL, was in a very tight financial situation a couple of years ago. Being a single mother and going to school part-time meant that she had to save every penny and still had difficulty making ends meet. Despite her best efforts her credit card was close to its limit and on top of it she was accumulating student loans.

"These were very tough days. I needed to work from home so that I could be close to my baby girl and not on a fixed schedule that could compromise my studies."

One day, a friend mentioned about her own success in selling websites online after viewing the videos posted at www.flippingwebsites.net. Not being a very technical person, Jane was skeptical at first but soon her fears vanished. In a week she had made $540 from selling two sites.

"The best part is that I was able to choose my working hours and be close to my daughter," she says. "... As I got better at it, the money kept coming in more and more! I was flipping sites on any subject: children, Hollywood celebrities, home accessories..., you name it! And they were so easy to sell; just a simple ad on eBay or craigslist and a potential buyer was just around the corner. After a few weeks I was making more money than my dentist!"

With the real estate crisis well on its way and the explosion of the internet - there are over four hundred million websites currently online - it would be natural to think that one could easily find similar success stories from internet entrepreneurs. Think again. The reality is that flipping websites -virtual real estate- is still in its infancy and largely unexplored.

Apparently Jane is not alone in profiting from this new storm in the online marketing world. In New York, Brian Kerr is still amazed with the simplicity of it all.

"If I can do it, anybody can do it! It surely beats working the graveyard shift at the gas station and the money is way better. Four months ago I quit my job and started flipping websites full-time and now my wife has joined me. We bought our own house and can afford three vacations a year!"
