Clarabridge saw adoption of its Content Mining Platform and Content Mining Service accelerate across industries including airlines, consumer packaged goods, entertainment, financial/insurance services, healthcare, hospitality, investigation, marketing services, pharmaceutical/life sciences, retail and technology.
