KCP+ is KDDI’s new common software platform spanning almost all software on a mobile device, including the OS and middleware. Based on Qualcomm’s MSM™ chipset and BREW®, the goal of KCP+ is to reduce the cost and time to develop new handsets, thereby accelerating new services deployment.
