The business intelligence tools from Business Objects, the world's leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, replace CA., Inc.’s EUREKA:Reporter and further meet the existing needs of FICS’ Mortgage Servicer customers.

With BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional, Mortgage Servicer users can manage and deploy tools for reporting, query and analysis, and performance management. Crystal Reports XI, part of the BusinessObjects™ XI platform, delivers easy report design, simple report maintenance and data access.

FICS will be deploying the roll out of BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional and Crystal Reports XI to its customers in three phases. Following the roll out to Mortgage Servicer customers, FICS will deploy the solution to its customers using its commercial mortgage loan servicing system, Commercial Servicer® and then to those customers using, Loan Producer®, FICS’ residential mortgage loan origination system.
