Cheaptravelinsurance.com has appointed Europ Assistance to provide a complete tailored travel insurance solution which includes underwriting, claims handling and medical assistance to its customers.

This is the first time that Cheaptravelinsurance.com has developed its own in house travel insurance products resulting in a number of increased customer offerings. For example, backpackers can benefit from 18 months cover rather than the standard 12 months and customers will see the age restriction increase from 64 years to 80. As a result of a widening of the age restriction, cheaptravelinsurance.com believes it will see an increase in travel insurance sales to this sector of the market.

Products are competitively priced, and offer customers the benefits they really need with a choice from three levels of cover which enables them to choose the cover that most appropriately suits their requirements.
