U.S. Renal Care Inc. (USRC), a leading provider of outpatient kidney dialysis services, has formed a strategic joint venture with Eumana Home Dialysis Inc. (Eumana). USRC has acquired a majority interest in the assets of an existing home dialysis program that serves the needs of home dialysis patients in and around Houston. Eumana provides home hemodialysis, acute hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis in patient’s homes and in the hospital.

U.S. Renal Care plans to expand Eumana’s unique service offering of home dialysis in other markets where it already operates. By adding these services in other markets, U.S. Renal Care will be able to provide all dialysis options and satisfy patient choices in the rapidly growing home dialysis market segment.
