Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETNL.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products including caskets, urns, monuments and vaults, today announced that it booked more than $203,000 in open sales orders as of January 31, 2008.
“This is a great way to start the year,” said Clint Mytych, CEO, Eternal Image. “Two factors really contributed to the jump. First, the addition of David DeAvila to our team as national sales manager has opened doors for our company and inspired us. And second, media coverage and marketing have consumers asking for our products by name and funeral homes are responding.”
“Looking forward, sales for February are expected to be on pace with our projections for 2008,” he added.
The company also announced that revenue from the fourth quarter of 2007 was $150,000. This was due to delays in manufacturing that have since been addressed and resolved.
“There is no doubt that this has been an educational process for the industry, and we know it is working as we speak with more and more funeral homes and distributors every week,” said Mytych. “Our pipeline continues to fill with product in nearly every line we offer which will keep us on track with our growing sales trends.”
