The new service will relieve staffing firms of the time-consuming form distribution process and agency employees will benefit from the value-added convenience.
TempWorks clients using the WebCenter can sign up for the service and then offer the electronic distribution of W-2s to all of their employees.
The advantages of the service reach to both the staffing firm and its employees. Staffing clients will save time and money previously spent on the task of sending out the W-2 forms, and the employees get instant access to their forms, which can be viewed and printed at any time.
