Over 15 million casual gamers helped Jenny and Robert plan a beautiful wedding in Dream Day Wedding and sent them to romantic Hawaii in Dream Day Honeymoon. Now the newlyweds need help in finding and creating the home of their dreams as Oberon Games announces Dream Day First Home, available for PC download on January 3, 2008.
Designed and produced by Oberon’s, Cara Ely, Dream Day First Home finds Jenny and Robert back from their honeymoon, and ready to buy and decorate their first home. But as first-time homeowners, the young couple needs help -- everything from choosing the right house to refinishing furniture to solving the inevitable homeowner crisis.
“What really elevates the Dream Day franchise from others in the Seek-and-Find genre is the supporting storyline that runs throughout the series, and carries players along from level to level, and game to game,” says Don Ryan, Oberon Media’s senior vice president of Publishing. “With more than 15 million fans ready to help our intrepid new DIY homeowners, we are excited to launch Dream Day First Home this month.”
Additionally, Elephant Entertainment, a publishing company specializing in bringing innovative game and entertainment content to the retail marketplace is partnering with Oberon Media to deliver a retail version of the game in March.
Dream Day First Home is a story-driven seek-and-find game that relies on players to solve “hidden object” puzzles to make improvements and complete Jenny and Robert’s new abode. Players will enjoy all new mini-games, cool “before and after” views of each room as well as the popular “Choose a Story” feature. Unlock the Attic level in each house and once both houses are repaired and complete, a secret bonus level appears.
Dream Day First Home will be available for PC download on January 3, 2008 at www.oberongames.com and other major casual games portals for $19.95.
