StackSafe, a provider of pre-production staging and testing solutions for IT operations teams, announced today the appointment of Letitia Larry as the Director of Engineering Services. In this role, Larry will be responsible for developing a world-class customer experience by maintaining superior corporate quality standards and support. Her responsibilities include management of the StackSafe support organization, software quality assurance team and business continuity practices. She will report directly to StackSafe's President and CEO Loren Burnett.
Larry joins the team with more than 14 years of technical customer support and quality assurance experience. Prior to StackSafe, she was the director of quality assurance and technical support at Secure Software, Inc. - later acquired by Fortify - where she successfully directed technical customer support, quality assurance, testing, configuration management and the technical writing staff. At Systems Engineering Services Corporation Larry worked on the analysis of systems associated with a billion dollar enterprise resource planning product line to determine and resolve issues associated with producing a quality product through the software development lifecycle.
