Chris Hedge joins nFusion in the role of Interactive Product Director. In this role, he and his team will match their clients' business goals and problems with the latest web technologies to deliver digital solutions that achieve measurable results. Chris joined nFusion from Dell, where he was an Online Product Manager responsible for the global strategic direction of one the largest ecommerce sites in the world. While at Dell, Chris solidified his ability to develop repeatable business processes that in turn create a consistent and results-focused foundation for development.
In today's market, our clients recognize the critical strategic role their web sites play in supporting and driving business. These clients realize the need for their web sites to become more sophisticated and scalable in order to accelerate business results. Justin Mennen joins the nFusion team as Technology Architect, responsible for driving the development of large-scale web sites and applications focusing on designing highly scalable, enterprise level systems for our clients. In this role, Justin will provide strategic direction for clients on enterprise-level technologies, including e-commerce, content management system platforms, and best practice methodologies related to application architecture and system design. Prior to joining nFusion, Justin was with Dell where he was a Software Development Lead and Architect for the Dell Integrated Supply Chain Platform. He was responsible for leading a global development team and has extensive architecture and large-scale application development experience across several industries and technologies.
Mike Hernalsteen, former nFusion intern and recent graduate from the University of Texas, will be stepping into the role of Search Marketing Coordinator. Mike will be developing and implementing search optimization strategies to best achieve client objectives, managing online marketing campaigns, and serving as the marketing point of contact for clients and account services team.
Filling the role of Interactive Product Coordinator will be former nFusion intern Catherine Walker who graduated from the University of Texas with a Masters of Communications. Catherine will be contributing on the Interactive Product Management team, assisting in the development and production of interactive solutions.
In addition to expanding the technology and media teams already in place, nFusion continues to build their account management and creative teams.

Jenna Hoffman will be joining nFusion as an Account Manager. She will handle the day-to-day coordination of agency activities with clients and ensure that the agency continues to deliver on the client's needs. Jenna will also lead internal teams in the development of strategic marketing plans and strategies for assigned clients and coordinate projects with internal agency departments. Jenna joins nFusion from GSD&M, where she worked with both the BMW and AT&T teams.
Aline Forastieri, new Junior Art Director at nFusion, will develop creative concepts and design visual materials in all media as well as handle the presentation of creative to clients.
