"This is ground-breaking, the combination of a very nice home in the $130,00 price-range that also has a yard, but no yard work - people do a double-take when I tell them it's all included!"
While Baldwin County has long been known as a great spot for commuters to Mobile and Pensacola, this neighborhood also boasts a low-cost alternative to many of the surrounding higher priced developments in Malbis and Fairhope. The commute to downtown Mobile is 20 minutes, the drive to Pensacola is 30 minutes and the Eastern Shore Center Mall (Malbis Mall) is just minutes away. The area is very close to the I-10 therefore making those commute minutes easy driving.
