Cleanroom Manufacturing Company Introduces New Product

Gerbig Engineering, a company specializing in the design, build, installation and certification of cleanrooms, is announcing a new standard cleanroom system offering specifically designed to enclose injection molded presses in a clean room environment.
The system is a totally customizable enclosure for plastic injection mold presses and features HEPA filtration and 100 percent enclosure. The enclosure uses soft wall or hardwall cleanroom materials including the AireCell aluminum and PVC extrusions. The system was originally designed for fabrication plastic products for the medical industry, where cleanliness is an absolute necessity. The system uses minimal space and totally engulfs the press in HEPA filtered air.
"This system is an economical way to manufacture plastic parts in a cleanroom environment," said Fred Gerbig, President of Gerbig Engineering. "The medical market uses a tremendous amount of plastic components and contamination is a big issue. This allows injection molders to satisfy the needs of fabricating contamination free product with minimal facility and energy costs."
This system can be customized to enclose any press in a multitude of industrial environments, and can be easily disassembled and reassembled for easy of relocation.
