Centerline Holding Company Declares Common Dividend Per Share for the Fourth Quarter of 2007

The Board of Trustees of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC) (the “Company”), the parent company of Centerline Capital Group (“Centerline”), has declared a dividend of $0.42 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2007, payable on February 14, 2008, to common shareholders of record as of December 31, 2007.
The Company’s present quarterly common share dividend on an annualized basis is $1.68 per share, representing an approximate 15.7% dividend yield on the $10.71 per common share closing price on December 12, 2007.
