BuySide Realty Expands to Texas; Offers Lone Star State Homebuyers a 75% Commission Rebate
Publish Date : 1/18/2008 4:43:00 AM   Source : American Local News Onlypunjab.com

BuySide Realty (www.BuySideRealty.com), the nation’s largest Online Buyer’s Agent, announced today that it has expanded its innovative services to Texas. Texas buyers will now be able to receive a 75% commission rebate by purchasing their home through BuySide. To date, BuySide has paid buyers millions of dollars in rebates, with an average rebate of more than $11,000 per home.

“Texas is a substantial new market for our BuySide services,” said Joseph Fox, CEO of Iggys House, Inc., parent company of BuySide Realty. "In 2006 and 2007, more existing homes were sold in Texas than in any other state. We are now offering BuySide services in the entire state.

“Texans have long shown an independent streak, and they are entitled to independence from the outrageously high fees that traditional brokers charge,” Fox continued. “For Texas buyers, we offer a great value proposition. We share 75% of the seller paid commission with the buyer – more than $11,000 on average. And we provide expert agent help – from creating an offer, to negotiating the terms, through closing on their new home.

"We are a natural fit for Texas’ Internet savvy consumers. There's no home court advantage on the Internet. Consumers will go to the provider that offers the best value and the best service. In the world of online real estate, that's us," Fox concluded.

With the addition of Texas, BuySide Realty is now offering services in seven states. It launched in April 2006, serving buyers in California, Florida and Illinois. It has grown rapidly since then, by adding the states of Georgia, Virginia, Washington, and now Texas.

BuySide Realty’s sister company, Iggys House Realty, Inc., already offers an innovative, free service for sellers in Texas and other states. It empowers sellers by listing their homes on the MLS for free, and placing their homes on Realtor.com for free. The MLS and Realtor.com are the top two channels most buyers and buyers’ agents use to find homes.
