Noetix® Corp., a software provider that automatically generates business intelligence (BI) content from enterprise applications, today announced that Graco, the worldwide leader in fluid handling equipment, has selected Noetix to streamline its BI reporting in order to speed the delivery of corporate information to business professionals across the organization.
Headquartered in Minnesota, Graco recently initiated an Oracle ERP implementation which will consolidate 12 worldwide factories and office locations under one ERP system. An effective operational reporting solution was deemed an important component of this implementation and a method of improving business success overall. Graco offers systems, products, and technology that set quality and production standards in a wide range of fluid handling applications including spray finishing and paint circulation, lubrication, sealant, and adhesives.

Graco plans to use Noetix in conjunction with Cognos to automatically populate that reporting tool with NoetixViews, thereby speeding the deployment of BI applications. This will significantly reduce the time and cost associated with deploying a reporting solution for the new Oracle implementation and will provide Graco business professionals with the flexibility to create their own BI reports.
