In this interactive session, Erik Glitman, Managing Director of Marketing with Fletcher/CSI, will draw on participants’ experiences to illustrate the ways in which medical device companies can use targeted customer and competitor research to align the product or service value proposition with the buyer’s requirements.

The discussion will attempt to produce recommendations for best practices in value proposition alignment, creating a template that participants can use on their own products and service. Highlighting the role of win/loss and competitor intelligence in the value proposition alignment process, the session will provide real world examples of successful re-alignment and the outcomes of that alignment. Participants will have access to the accumulated knowledge of all participants and the facilitator.
