"If I have to pay people thousands of dollars to get in shape I will." Sound dramatic? Well, there's no drama here. What Mr. Fine is speaking of comes from the Centers for Disease Control which states that "poor nutrition and physical inactivity account for some 300,000 premature deaths in the United States each year." If that doesn't constitute a serial killer, Mr. Fine wants to know what does.

"I'm hunting these killers down in the form of prevention and education, boot camp style!" Mr. Fine see's the consequence of poor nutrition and physical inactivity every day, in the form of emergency 911 calls such as strokes, heart attacks, diabetic emergencies and the like...he's now combating such killers with his outdoor fitness program known as Calgary Adventure Boot Camp.

"Our Contestants are in for a hell of a ride," says Allan H. Fine of Alberta Boot Camp. Starting April 21st 2008 we will be picking 30 teams of 2 from the hundreds who apply to compete for $5000 in Cash and Prizes.
No other fitness orginization in Calgary has ever put anything on like this. They will not only lose weight and get in great shape , but also compete head to head.

Just Like the TV Show contestants are going to lose weight and get in the best shape of their lives in 12 weeks. We have 3 trainers and 30 teams of 2 says Fine.

Allan H. Fine has been a fitness trainer for 18 years and a certified life coach for 3 years. He is the brains behind the Biggest Loser Boot Camp fitness challenge.

" We are seeing chronic rates of obesity in our society and the death and disease that goes along with it. Calgary in the fastest growing and wealthiest city in Canada right now."

Now is the time for Calgarians and Canadians in general to wake up and realize that no one is going to do it for them. People have to be proactive in their own fitness and wellness programs.

If even 50% of the population in Alberta exercised regularly, we would solve the health care crisis in our province.

Contestants will work out 5 days a week, for 1 hour a day and be provided with nutritional counselling and life coaching. On average most people will lose 30 - 40 lbs of body fat in this challenge.
