If you want a flat butt and firm abs... oops I got that backwards. I meant, if you want a firm butt and flat female abs, I'll show you the 2 best exercises to accomplish this. One exercise for each. What's great about this is they're simple and you can do them at home.
If you've read any of my articles, you'll know I hate situps and crunches for getting flat abs. They're a joke and a waste of time. The best exercise is called the "vacuum pose". What you do is this... you suck in your belly from your belly button. Please note... you need to lead with your belly button, not your upper abs.
So inhale and suck in your belly button as if it's being sucked into your spine and lower back. Got that? Great.
Once you can't inhale another breath, hold that "sucked in" pose for as long as possible (at least 15 seconds). Rest and repeat. Doing this for just 5 minutes a day... women average about 1.75 inches lost from their waist in slightly less than a month. You simply can't beat this exercise if you're going for flat female abs.
Firm Butt Exercise
This exercise you can do anywhere... standing, sitting, lying down, whatever. Nobody will know you're even doing it. It's called the "butt squeeze". What I do is lie down on my stomach and squeeze my butt together as hard as possible and hold that for as long as possible.
Doing this 5 minutes day definitely firms up your butt. Try to hold each repetition for at least 1 minute for best results. But don't worry if you can't do that yet. Just do it for 5 minutes total each day.
