DCA’s lock box processing service integrates with its accounts receivable and customer care systems for up-to-date customer account information. The service provides same-day payment processing, with payment remittance information fed directly into DCA’s customer care system. Numerous accounts receivable reports may be generated for timely analysis. In addition, check images are available for customer service representatives’ use in dispute resolution.

Communication service providers outsourcing their lock box functions to DCA will have the added benefit of funds being credited to customers’ accounts immediately upon processing the checks.
