Blue Sky Network Strengthens Asian Presence with Malaysian Reseller
Publish Date : 2/13/2008 4:16:00 AM Source : Network Security News Onlypunjab.com
Blue Sky Network, the global logistics solution provider for two-way linking and managing transportation assets via satellite, today announced a partnership with Airborne Science International in Malaysia. Airborne Science International is contracted as a reseller for Blue Sky Network equipment and service in Malaysia and surrounding countries. This partnership significantly expands Blue Sky Network’s Asian presence and opens an untapped market for the growing company.
The relationship pairs Blue Sky Network’s aviation product strength with Airborne’s extensive experience in the aviation sector. Airborne will also promote Blue Sky Network marine and land-mobile solutions and offer all customers full service including 24/7 asset monitoring service. Customers can engage Airborne for end-to-end fleet management service, from hardware and airtime to emergency response services.
Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Airborne Science brings specialized fleet tracking, mobile communications and development of custom map overlays to support Blue Sky Network client needs. For all Blue Sky Network products, Airborne offers turn-key solutions and, with the use of Blue Sky Network’s SkyRouter Asset Management Portal, provides hosted tracking and technical support from their field office and 24-hour call center based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
“Becoming an authorized reseller, we can now provide our clients direct access to the reliable fleet tracking products of Blue Sky Network,” said Bjorn Dahlen, vice president of Airborne Sciences. ”We are excited to represent and strengthen this part of the Asian market in Blue Sky Network’s global network.”
“Airborne Science provides us with a strategic and essential partner in Malaysia, and delivers a unique full service value proposition,” said Jon Gilbert, president and CEO of Blue Sky Network. “We look forward to working together to build customers in Asia and elsewhere.”
For more information on the new reseller or to speak with Airborne Science, stop by the Blue Sky Network booth, #J107, at the Singapore Airshow, Changi North, February 19-24.
