Recognizing their value to the company and contributions to health care providers, Amerinet Inc. announced today that Karen Barrow, vice president of Amerinet Clinical Advantage, and Mary Beth Lang, vice president of spend analytics, have been promoted to the senior vice president level.
Effective immediately, Karen Barrow will report directly to the executive vice president of sales, RJ McNaughton. In her new role, as senior vice president of sales, Barrow will lead a specialized sales team that will promote the significant cost savings that health care providers can realize through Amerinet’s Total Spend Management strategy. She will work closely with Amerinet’s sales support, enterprise solutions and contracting divisions to introduce new solutions and business intelligence tools in the market.

As the senior vice president of analytic solutions and business intelligence and president of Diagnostix, Lang’s priority will be to further develop Amerinet’s suite of Total Spend Management business intelligence tools and services. She will also oversee the strategic direction and integration of the recently acquired, DataBay Resources company with Amerinet. Additionally, Lang will work closely with leadership of the Amerinet Clinical Advantage team to advance the analytical tools and capabilities of the program by leveraging the strength of Amerinet’s subsidiary, Diagnostix, along with DataBay Resources.
DataBay Resources provides Internet-based software tools as well as strategic analysis for health care providers. Amerinet Clinical Advantage reduces the costs associated with physician preference items, while Diagnostix offers a complete line of data integrity and price accuracy solutions.
