Aleier Exhibits FM1 EAM Suite for Correctional Facilities at the American Corrections Association Conference
Publish Date : 1/9/2008 5:35:00 AM   Source : American Local News Onlypunjab.com

Aleier, Inc., a subsidiary of RF Monolithics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RFMI), will exhibit FM1 EAM Suite at the American Corrections Association Conference in booth 436 at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas, January 11-18, 2008.

Aleier invites correctional facilities maintenance and asset managers to receive a product demonstration of the built-in capabilities to address the unique needs for managing asset maintenance in correctional facilities, such as:

1. Equipment database pre-populated with maintenance standards and schedules, guidelines and instructions, time on task estimates, and materials needed for maintaining assets unique to correctional facilities, e.g., electric fencing, guard houses and gates, fleets and weapons;

2. Hazards management to include the inventory, issuance and tracking of tools, materials, chemicals, etc. used in maintenance activities (meets California Corrections hazards standards); and

3. Comprehensive key management to control authorized access to the broad spectrum of correctional facility areas, including maintenance workshops, healthcare and administrative centers, foodservice and physical plants, and general inmate population areas.

As a single enterprise asset management (EAM) platform with computerized maintenance management (CMMS), FM1 EAM Suite is an integrated EAM / CMMS that ensures maintenance data is streamlined for administrative and finance purposes, for example to:

1. Justify projects for equipment and infrastructure upgrades in physical plant review programs and for long-range master planning and budget purposes;

2. Automate procurement and supply chain to control maintenance supply costs and equipment purchases, and to ensure vendor compliance of warranty and service level agreements; and

3. Computerize “green building” compliance and other regulatory reporting.

Visitors to the Aleier booth #436 will automatically receive a new white paper published by Aleier – “Condition-based Maintenance: The Next Generation in Asset Management Best Practices” – that provides insight on how machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity through wireless sensor networking (WSN) will expand condition-based maintenance (CBM).
