FINRA received the filing yesterday, after Salon City, Inc. announced on Dec. 10th that it had been cleared for OTCBB uplisting by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Salon City, Inc. president and CEO, Steven Casciola, noted, “We’re so pleased that Banc of America Securities LLC, which has been a Salon City market maker for one year, has determined SLON’s securities are stable and liquid enough to file on our behalf.”
