Propertymartoverseas.com Launches New Agent Mini-Sites
Publish Date : 12/21/2007 3:24:00 AM   Source : United Kingdom News Onlypunjab.com

2007 has been more than an eventful year for Propertymartoverseas.com. The launch of the new-look website on September 17 started the ball rolling into the second phase of development. With a new design, an array of new features and over 90,000 overseas properties ... the new look Propertymartoverseas.com, now an award winning website, just keeps getting better and better.

However, things just got better again. Propertymartoverseas.com is now offering each estate agent the chance to showcase their own properties in a personal online shop window, with everything they need to sell their properties in one place. The first step is the brand new Estate Agents Directory.

The brand new Estate Agents Directory allows consumers to use a keyword search such as searching for Property in Spain, or "Property in France", similar to that found on Google or Yahoo which allows consumers to search by agent name, by town, by country or even by a specific word found within an agent profile. The search tool allows consumers to receive more specific results generated by their own specific keyword searches.

The Google-style search has been designed to be as easy to use as possible, with over 90,000 properties from 70 different countries to choose from, users will now find it much easier to find their ideal property.

An agents "mini-site" can be found in two different ways. The user can either use the "Google-style" keyword search, or choose to browse the directory of agents. From here the user is able to choose an agents site which will offer them everything from a full portfolio of properties with images to full contact details.

Within each mini-site, full contact details are visible at all times and each property in the profile is a simple click away. By using filters and tags, consumers can find the type of property they are looking for at the click of a button.

Maybe you're looking for a rental property in Spain; a farmhouse in France; a holiday villa in Florida or an apartment in Turkey. Search results with all agents offering theses properties can be found at easy reach simply by typing in your specific requirements.

Knight Knox International, are using their new agent mini-site to showcase their range of bargain plots in Turkey, but at the simply click of a button you can also view their properties in Dubai or even Portugal for the same price.

Gary Heginbottom, CEO and Founder of Propertymartoverseas.com commented: "The new mini-sites are beneficial for both agents and consumers alike. They offer the agent their own mini-website where they can showcase all their properties in one place; as for the consumers -- the mini-sites makes searching for your ideal property even easier."

Knight Knox International are not the only real estate agents to embrace this new section of the Propertymartoverseas.com website, Properties Abroad are using their mini-site to showcase their many properties in various areas of Spain including Marbella and Alicante.

Tickle International Properties have taken full advantage of this fantastic opportunity, showcasing their range of properties in emerging markets such as Brazil and Budapest.

"Now it simply couldn't be easier to showcase your properties. We offer agents the chance to sit back comfortable in the knowledge all their properties are in one place, being seen by a wider global audience" concludes Mr. Heginbottom.
