InventBay.com Acquires Stake in Quality Products Group, Inc. and Provides Resources to Inventor

InventBay.com, Inc. (Pink Sheets:INVB) www.inventbay.com announced the Company has acquired a stake in Quality Products Group, Inc. and is providing resources to the inventor. Quality Products Group, Inc. owns US patent number 5,995,634 that has won awards including the 2004 “Best Potential Product” at the Electronic Retailing Association trade show held in Las Vegas. Quality Products Group, Inc. has been producing and selling the patented “Speaker and Lamp Combination” for several years. INVB management believes there is a significant opportunity to expand and improve sales of the patented product. InventBay.com will engage and pay invention industry professionals to provide resources including, legal, design, sales, marketing, advertising, consulting, mentoring and patent infringement defense counsel to Quality Products Group, Inc. as part of the Agreement. Both parties believe the patent has been significantly infringed upon.
