Kellogg & Andelson Accountancy Corporation, a leading provider of accounting services to the business community, announced today that it will acquire Markman Brecker Associates, a well-established Santa Monica based accounting firm.
After becoming friends and colleagues at a firm they both worked at, David Markman and Jay Brecker formed Markman Brecker. Now, 19 years later, the two men have built a successful tax and accounting practice, serving over 750 local businesses and families.
Just in the last few months, Kellogg & Andelson recently made headlines with their acquisition of Wien, Sales & Vizvary. Acquiring Markman Brecker will not only create a presence for K&A on the Westside, but will more importantly, add a wealth of expertise in bookkeeping and business management. “We are pleased to welcome the clients and executives of Markman Brecker to Kellogg & Andelson.
