AVOLENT, a leading provider of Self-Service Electronic Billing and Settlement software, recently announced two new offerings: Express and Standard, both offered exclusively on the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Built on the same AVOLENT electronic billing software platform, AVOLENT customers can upgrade seamlessly from Express or Standard to the Enterprise offering, which is the offering that organizations like HP, Xerox, Dell, and Office Depot use for their electronic billing and settlement.
With Express, Standard, and Enterprise, large corporations and small-medium businesses can fulfill the electronic billing and settlement requirements for both B2B and B2C through the same software solution.
- Express is a quick to implement electronic bill presentment and payment solution, deployed in the popular SaaS model to bring paperless invoices and payments to organizations of any size. - Standard adds the self-service settlement capabilities for your customers with the ease of one button click-to-pay and can be implemented in a matter of months for a fixed fee. - Enterprise drives the electronic billing and settlement software applications for some of the largest organizations in the world. The rich functionality and "system of record" positioning that AVOLENT has earned in these organizations is recognized by industry analysts and experts as "Best of Breed".
Express is priced from $.35 per invoice with volume discounts available. The AVOLENT SaaS environment is operated on Linux Servers with ORACLE database software in a compliant SAS 70 environment. The per invoice cost includes all the operating costs to process and deliver your invoice, whether delivered to the customer's desktop or accessed from your web portal site, as well as processing the payment transaction.
"AVOLENT is serious about leading the charge to a paperless economy," said Mike Seashols, CEO of AVOLENT. "AVOLENT's current customers are already saving over ONE million trees a year and we want to see that number grow. AVOLENT is pleased to provide a continuum of packages so that companies of any size can begin moving towards paperless billing, and in the process, preserving the environment."
