ACT Conferencing, a leading worldwide provider of audio, video and web-based conferencing and collaboration services, announced significant enhancements to its channel partner program. The initiative is designed to increase global channel partner success and appeal to a broader range of technology reseller partners.
“Channel partners have been a driving force behind our company’s growth, contributing more than 30 percent of our revenue today,” said Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Marina Bogard. “As we look to accelerate our growth and continue global expansion, these partners are expected to play an increasingly significant role. We are committed to providing them a world-class channel program, with enhancements designed to offer flexible partnering alternatives and ease of doing business — all contributing to improved partner profitability.”
By partnering with ACT, agents, resellers and affinity groups will be able to offer customized, world-class conferencing and collaboration services to their customers and members worldwide. The comprehensive program provides partners aggressive buy rates or lucrative commissions, marketing support, industry-leading customer service, and the ability to private label services.
In order to drive the company’s expansion of its indirect channel, ACT also announced the recent appointments of MC Hébert as director of North American channel sales and Ruth Rhodes as director of channel program development. Toronto-based Hébert has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, more than a dozen focusing on conferencing sales with some of the most prominent resellers and private label partners. Rhodes, located in Denver, Colorado, has worked in conferencing for 12 years, providing channel program management for industry-leading companies in the communications and financial sectors since 1999.
