Frost & Sullivan honored industry leaders for outstanding performance at last week's 3rd annual Excellence in Information & Communications Technologies Awards Banquet held in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The banquet recognized companies that are predicted to encourage significant growth in their industries, have identified emerging trends before they became the standard in the marketplace, and have created advanced technologies that will catalyze industries in the near future.
In her keynote speech, Nortel's Vice President & General Manager of Multimedia Applications, Roxann Swanson, commented on the industry by saying, "The latest telecommunications technology is 'life-altering' to all of us both in our professional and personal lives. That is what makes our work so exciting."
A CEO Roundtable Discussion preceded the banquet earlier that day, moderated by Khali Henderson, Group Editor of Virgo Publishing Inc. During the CEO Roundtable Discussion, panelists answered a variety of questions focusing on sales and marketing strategies and the challenges of succeeding in a demanding economy.
