AMIS Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:AMIS), parent company of AMI Semiconductor, will release its fourth quarter and 2004 financial results for the period ending Dec. 31, 2004, on Thursday, Jan. 27, after the market closes.

President and Chief Executive Officer Christine King and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer David Henry will discuss the Company's earnings and operations via a conference call and live audio webcast at 5:00 p.m. ET.
